Probably not a super vintage item but great nonetheless. I would place it in the mid to late 1990's.
Pairing with my nautical theme. Beautiful illustrations. Black cover and I love the simple title of just FISH.
I do have a 30 year old set of WS cookbooks, so no doubt this could be an older publication. I see no publishing date listed inside. No jacket cover.
Styled: I'm a huge proponent of functional items and I still love perusing cookbooks. I'd also consider placing this on a coffee table stack or on a kitchen book shelf. Black is classic.

Condition: I see no visible markings and no odors. (Until you cook the fish)
