Refund Policy

Our sole mission is that you will be completely thrilled with your purchase and share the good news of our site and products with others.

General Shipping:

Shipping is only refunded if the merchandise is damaged. Contact us, sharing photos of the damaged item(s) and after review, we will issue a return label at our expense, to return the damaged items. This is to ensure we can file a claim with the currier.

Sullivan Eclectic ships smaller items out directly, but for larger items, relies on third party logistic companies to complete your delivery experience.

White Glove Service:

Sullivan Eclectic ships larger pieces, such as furniture, by a third party with white glove service, where applicable.
