Vintage Art - Kitten or Cat

Adorable hand painted vintage folk art on pressed board.  Most likely MCM from the 50's or 60's.

An estate sale find, I originally thought it was a paint by number but after closer inspection believe it is free hand. I just loved the colors and of course the adorable subject matter and I hope you do too. A pinkish clay colored background with white and various shades of gray kitten or cat.

Signed initials in lower left corner.

Measures:

8" W x 10" T

There are small areas where the paint is missing. Honestly thought it was a blob of paint but board color. Also an area where perhaps something stuck to it and was removed (white).
